About the opportunity

Dive into this bookkeeping role, where your attention to detail and client focus makes a genuine difference. This full-time position offers you the chance to work independently while being part of a collaborative and knowledgeable team. Part-time or school hours will be considered for the right candidate.

You’ll support a diverse client base, across a variety of industries, delivering reliable and efficient bookkeeping solutions tailored to their needs. The role is based in our Belmont (Perth, WA) office with some ad hoc travel requirements.

In this position you can expect to:

  • Manage payroll processing and superannuation obligations for a range of clients
  • Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS with precision
  • Reconcile bank accounts and identify discrepancies
  • Set up and train clients on accounting software
  • Assist with invoice payments, data entry, and use of a variety of tools and services
  • Build trusted relationships with clients through clear communication and proactive support
